Why doesn't the World Baseball Clic happen in November?

Football has the World Cup in June a month after the season ends. I don't want my favorite teams Superstars getting hurt. This is why teams and agents do not allow certain players to participate. I don't care what Korea, Japan, Cuba, DR, PR, Italy, Mexico, Venezuela does. The games must be played in November. Miami, San Diego, Los Angeles have good weather then. If it conflicts with the NFL then play some series in Detroit, Minneapolis, Indianapolis, Toronto, Seattle where they have Domes. I don't want players getting hurt.
