Getting my first tattoo...but not sure where....?

I just got a tattoo about 2 inches above my ankle (on the outside) and it hardly hurt at all, just felt like a light scratch. But if you really want it on your shoulder, you should get it there--yeah, it might hurt, but that's part of the experience and when it's done it will be worth it. Good luck!
