neither. obama getting the peace prize and starting another war? not gonna happen. also, wars cost money, and with 2 ongoing wars and the recession, the chance of another war is minimal. as for instigation by the other countries: that would be almost as stupid as.... well, i don't think anything would be quite as stupid.
