What does it mean to be a "christian psychiatrist"?

I could not get an appointment with any psychiatrists this month, I need to get my Adderall refilled and my previous therapist has moved. I went down the list in the phone book and found 1 psychiatrist who could get me an appointment this week...only problem is that he is a self-described evangelical christian psychiatrist. First of all, I already am planning to pretend to not be an atheist. What I want to know is am I just wasting my time? Are christian psychiatrists anti-medicine? Is he just going to lecture me the whole time, tell me to find Jesus, and not prescribe anything for me? Just wondering what the deal is cuz i've literally never heard of it until today.
