Should I trade Holt, Roy Williams, T.Bell and K.Jones for LT, Sammy Morris and Bernard Berrian in fantasy?

It's in my fantasy football league. I have S. Jackson as my other RB and A. Johnson and Arnaz Battle as my WRs. The other team has Lynch, T.Jones as RBs and virtually no WRs before this trade.
