Raditation is japan, I live in california and I was wondering....?

They say there no radiation threat in california, radiation has been identified in sacramento but its in extremely low levels. Its raining outside and Ive heard rumors of radioactive rain, If this is true it also makes me paranoid to take a bath, I need to take one today. lol Is the rain and ground water in California safe for sure? Also do you think we will not recive much radiation at all? Thats the word of the news.
