Need help want change in living situation?

i currently live in ny w/o degree but make like 42 a yr working for state... live with parent and trying to get back to school.... have monetary responsibilties like car loan, student loans and other bills. would like to get ideas on how i can leave to NY and start a life somewhere else like where things are cheap, can find a good paying job and live independantly....... i was thinking CDL license cause i hear they can make like 60k a year.... any ideas
