Legal question related to online game / trademark / copyright?

Argue that the Users are members of your site because they liked the service provided by your site, and if you put up a notice on the site saying it was NOT the music brand's website, but the users still stayed on the website, then they are NOT mistaken by the brand, but the quality of service.
