HELP! What should I do? Ripped off Buy Anime USA?

Simple. You paid by credit card,you can dispute the charge. You have 45-60 days depending on the bank who issued your card. Contact your bank,explain the cirstances. Be prepared to explain what you did to try and reach them. If they see that you really tried and got nowhere,they should give you a form you can sign and they should then issue a chargeback. Just don't let it go over that or it's pretty much a loss.
