Just give them your details. After all, why don't you want your parents to find out about you buying a new phone? It's not like you dropped it on purpose. I'm sure everyone has dropped their phones a couple of times in their lifetime. Or, you could go to a second-hand store and buy it. That way, no information has to be given.
