Can i lit up a 25 watt energy saver(HURRY HURRY ANSWER PLEASE)?

I have 12 volt dc motor. can i lit up 25 watt energy saver? if yes then how? and normally energy saver are AC So do i need an amplifier to convert dc current into AC current? all are these are different questions. if anyone know any of these questions then please answer Now. plz plz plz plz.
